safe place to call hom

peaceful complex for a young woman living alone— couldnt ask for anything else! everything is super clean, quiet and staff is beyond friendly.

Peaceful and easy

Im a new resident and I chose this because of all the features in the apartment itself (w/d, good counter space, smart floorplan, etc). Since moving in it has lived up to all my hopes. It is quiet and convenient and I feel secure here.

Enjoyable experience

Overall, I enjoy living at this property. The staff (Alex and Sabrina) are responsive, efficient, and friendly. The gym and courtyards are nice to have, plus the parking can come with EV charging. The downsides are its indoor finishes (they could use an update), its location (not a lot nearby, but it’s getting better — definitely recommend Doubting Thomas) and the noise level. The 101 and neighborhood dogs keep us from having our windows and door open,
